All Over Australia - A Story from Dani.
From Dani - The stuff that dreams are made of
    From: "Colin and Brigitte"

After living in Australia for 4 years and having travelled to other parts of the world I dont think anything will ever compare. The Barrier Reef and the colors I have seen made me feel like I was colorblind and for the first time in my life I saw color, the shades and the intensity. I find myself daydreaming and thinking about all the sounds and the smells. I miss the wake up calls and conversations of cockatoos, lorikeets, currawongs, magpies. It is a birdwatchers paradise.

The culture of the people, their phrases so reflective of their approach to life - 'no worries mate' a common response, and everyone always has time to play, recreation  is a big part of society be it through sport or leisure.

The flavours are so big, food-styles are fresh and the term 'Modern Australian' which basically means any type of cuisine fused into one , wine -  unbelievable creations for you can imagine it is home to some the most favourable weather conditions for wine making -most of my favourites come from Western Australia. It has been some months now that I have left and although my surroundings are filled with new and intriguing things, I find my self comparing, it is like being seduced for all of my senses have been stimulated , wonderfully......

It is these things that I have seen that now make up my dreams, I know that when become an old nut I may not be able to remenber my own name but I will have these images, memories flashing and replaying through my mind, for I have seen the stuff that dreams are made of.......

Although Sydney and all the cities are lovely to visit, I do strongly recommend that anyone who is planning to visit Australia to really get out there and experience the land-ocean,

    Happy Trails,

    Dani
